DescriptionLipp tower silos became widespread in southern Germany during the 1970s and 80s and are still a common sight today. Each silo is still constructed on-site using Lipp's double-seam technology, with 400mm wide stainless steel strip spirally wound upwards and the seams folded. This unique manufacturing process allows for cost-effective and rapid assembly, as well as a long service life. The recreated silo has a capacity of 160m³ and is filled using a Claas forage chopper. The blower can be set up and removed from under the pipe with a mouse click. Silage is removed from the silo manually or with a milling machine, and the finished silage can be collected from under the discharge chute using a shovel, trailer, or conveyor belt. Capacity: 160.000 l Price: 24.000 $ Maintenance Cost: 55$ Production Speed: 3.500 l/hr
